Isaac Sanchez - Founder
At just 10 years old, our founder Isaac 'Sasquatch' Sanchez was introduced to the game in a way that would shape his entire future. After competing in the Sacramento County Junior Championship,
he received a lesson from Johnny Miller—a moment that ignited a journey of curiosity and discovery. At the time, he didn't even know what the U.S. Open or the PGA Tour were. But from that moment on, mentors, opportunities, and experiences began to align, guiding him into a lifelong relationship with the game.
Coming from a family without a golf background, he carved his own path—earning a full college golf scholarship, competing at a high level, and gaining experience across nearly every facet of the golf industry. Through each step, one thing became clear: golf isn't just a sport—it's a gateway to opportunity, community, and personal growth.

Over more than 20 years working with fitness and rehabilitation clients, he's built one of the most credentialed resumes in golf fitness: a Master's in Kinesiology from California University of Pennsylvania, more than 30 certifications, and TPI credentials spanning Level 3 Golf Fitness, Level 3 Junior Fitness, Level 3 Power, and Level 2 Medical, alongside his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist designation.
Greg works with clients of every age and level, from club champions and touring professionals to World Long Drive champions and the 2022 WLDA Rookie of the Year. A sought-after speaker at events like the World Golf Fitness Summit and IDEA World Fitness Conventions, his accolades include Life Fitness Personal Trainer to Watch Global Winner, TPI's "Chance at the Best" Winner, and 2025 IDEA World Personal Trainer of the Year.

Since joining The Ridge Golf Course in 2018, he's played a key role in shaping individual lessons and the junior golf program, teaching since 2020 with a particular passion for junior instruction — a natural extension of the doors the game opened for him in his own early years.
Jake is currently furthering his expertise through the PGA's Professional Golf Management Program, with a specialized focus on teaching and coaching.
