Sasquatch Golf Academy was founded on a simple but powerful belief: golf can change lives.
At just 10 years old, our founder Isaac "Sasquatch" Sanchez was introduced to the game in a way that would shape his entire future. After competing in the Sacramento County Junior Championship, he received a lesson from Johnny Miller—a moment that sparked a journey of curiosity and discovery. At the time, he didn’t even know what the U.S. Open or the PGA Tour were. But from that moment on, mentors, opportunities, and experiences began to align, guiding him into a lifelong relationship with the game.
Coming from a family without a golf background, he carved his own path—earning a full college golf scholarship, competing at a high level, and gaining experience across nearly every facet of the golf industry. Through each step, one thing became clear: golf isn’t just a sport—it’s a gateway to opportunity, community, and personal growth.
Sasquatch Golf Academy was created to open that same gateway for others.
