Refunds and/or returns are only offered if we ship the wrong item, size, or color.
If your return or refund request exceeds a 7-business-day window from the date your order was delivered, we regret to inform you that refunds or exchanges cannot be accommodated. You have 7 business days from the delivery date to initiate a return or request a refund.
Damages In Transit
If your item(s) are damaged during shipping, Sasquatch Golf Academy is not responsible for replacing the item(s) or issuing a refund. However, we will assist you with receipts, invoices, or other documentation required to file a damage claim with the carrier. You must provide:
-Clear images of the damaged item(s) and packaging
-A clear image of the shipping label (with your name visible)
-To be eligible for a return, the item must be in original, unopened, and unused condition as it was delivered. Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for refunds.
All returns must be authorized by SasquatchGolfAcademy.com prior to being shipped back. Not all products qualify for returns or exchanges.
Please note that all sales on discounted or clearance items are final and not eligible for return or refund.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and a 20% restocking fee may be applied at our discretion.
